Company History

The year was 1958. The Omaha meat packing industry was booming. That same year, Low-Temp Insulation was founded by Ted Foster to provide this burgeoning industry with top-quality cold storage and processing facilities. Since then, LTI has grown to become one of the country's leading builders of cold storage and food distribution facilities, having completed hundreds of major projects nationwide. But we haven't just grown. LTI has also evolved. What started as a specialty subcontractor  has become a full service general contractor offering clients a wide-range of capabilities and services. Though we still specialize in the food distribution industry.  LTI has the experience to handle virtually any construction project.
